Sơn Chống Thấm Pha Xi Măng được sử dụng chuyên chống thấm trên các bề mặt tường xi măng, bê tông mới và cũ như: Tường ngoài nhà, bồn nước, sân thượng, sàn nhà, tầng hầm, sàn nhà vệ sinh. Ngoài ra, còn chống thấm cho bề mặt tường trước khi sơn phủ.
Thông số kỹ thuật :
- Thành phần:Chất tạo màng, Bột khoáng, Nước
- Màu sắc:Màu trắng
- Bề mặt:Mờ
- Tỷ trọng:35-1.45 kg/litre
- Hàm lượng rắn (% theo khối lượng):62 – 72 %
- Độ phủ lý thuyết:4 – 5 m²/kg/lớp (sau khi pha với xi măng, phụ thuộc vào bề dày màng sơn khi thi công)
- Thời gian khô:(tại 30 độ)
- Khô bề mặt:Sau 30 phút
- Sơn lớp kế tiếp tối thiểu:5 – 7 giờ
- Khô hoàn toàn:7 ngày

- Dụng cụ: Cọ, con lăn
- Tỷ lệ pha loãng: Xi măngː nước sạch ː Chống Thấm Đa Năng – 1 ː 0.5 ː 1
Chuẩn bị bề mặt
* Bề mặt cần sơn chống thấm pha xi măng phải được xử lý sạch bụi bẩn, nấm mốc và dầu mỡ, loại bỏ lớp sơn cũ,…
* Bề mặt phải khô ráo và các vết nứt cần được xử lý trước khi thi công.
* Bề mặt bê tông xi măng mới cần phải để khô sau ít nhất 28 ngày
Thi công
1. Khuấy kỹ trước khi thi công. Thi công 2-3 lớp bằng cọ hoặc con lăn. Các lớp cách nhau từ 5-7 giờ
2. Chống Thấm Đa Năng (chưa pha trộn) cần được đậy kín sau khi sử dụng
3. Nếu để hỗn hợp quá 1 giờ, nên khuấy lại trước khi thi công
4. Cần để khô 1-2 ngày trước khi sơn phủ bề mặt. Chống Thấm Đa Năng khô cứng tuyệt đối sau 7 ngày
Chú ý: Chống Thấm Đa Năng sau khi đã được pha với sơn chống thấm pha xi măng cần phải sử dụng hết sau 2 giờ
5. Rửa sạch dụng cụ ngay sau khi sử dụng xong
